Tuesday Poem- Getting Dressed

When I use pictures rather than words- does this consitute a poem?  Words for me are another medium to paint by, and sometimes I find difficulty expressing my thoughts in any other way than with a visual image. This is one from my diary.

Very Cool. It looks just like a poem to me :)

Mysterious:

Is the woman getting dressed putting on heart?

Has she lost a breast?

Has she lost heart?

Has the heart replaced the breast?

Dressing/bandage

All of the above.

I admire how so much is in play.

Oh yes, it's definitely a poem, Alicia - but it set me to work on a word poem.. might put it up one day.... Mim, you raise some interesting questions. I just thought the woman was popping on/in everything she needed for the day, as one would normally pop on clothes. The presence of the eyes and mouth suggesting this is an everyday thing. On the other hand - the drawing also seems to me to suggest that getting ready some days can require courage and 'can do' to get there.
